These terms apply when you use gcctenderalerts.com or subscribe to GCC Tender Alerts. By subscribing you agree to them.

Who we are

The service

GCC Tender Alerts sends you a daily email of public tender and regulatory listings that match your keywords, countries and categories. Listings are summaries for information only. The official notice on the issuing portal always prevails, so check it before you bid. We do not guarantee that every tender is captured, that listings are complete or error-free, or that any portal stays available. Sources may be added or removed over time. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your preferences links private. Plans are for the number of seats stated on the pricing page. Do not resell or redistribute digests outside your organisation.

Subscriptions and payment

• Plans and prices. Starter AED 199, Growth AED 499 and Enterprise AED 1,499 per month, as shown on the pricing section. Prices are in UAE dirhams. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
• Billing. Payment is taken through Stripe when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before then.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@gcctenderalerts.com from your subscription email address, or through the Stripe link in your receipt where available. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Unsubscribing from digest emails does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires a refund. If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a month, or you think you were charged in error, write to support@gcctenderalerts.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and, where appropriate, refund or credit you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or try to access other subscribers' data. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bids, lost profits or other indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes are emailed to subscribers at least 30 days in advance. See also our Privacy Policy.
